Mumbai real estate have ordered the skyscraper building to sprout across the whole city. With Mumbai being the financial capital of India, it directly effects the prices of flats to be extremly high and expects people to be habitual to the luxury provided in the apartments in Mumbai to buy.
This, and also those Rent Apartments in Mumbai have high rate tags on them as they provide all kinds of amenities and facilities in them. This along with the architecturally though building will soon emerge and would be seen in high numbers.
The new rule set out to sprout the city with skyscrapers is expected to be active in Mumbai along with request of Draft development control regulations (DCR) to implement this for the other seven municipal corporations of Mira-Bhayandar, Thane, Kalyan-Dombivli, Ulhasnagar, Bhiwandi-Nizampur city, Vasai-Virar, and Panvel (excluding the Cidco areas. The state urban development department have issued these areas under Section 37(1AA) of the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act.
It is being said that if this new rule book is passed, all other existing rules and regulations will be replaced according to the new ones. This is done to increase the number of flats within a limited area and also to add beauty to the state even more which comes from the further developed infrastructure.
